Recently RVC president His Grace Jivananda dasa Vanacari was diagnosed as having a heart condition. Doctors consider this to be a cause for concern and have advised him to take a sabbatical from his service as president in order to follow a regimen for recovery. During Jivananda's absence, the 'interim' President of ISKCON Kansas City -Rupanuga Vedic College will be His Grace Bhaskarananda dasa Adhikari.
